Welcome to Noxen Mart. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital products, downloadable materials, prompts, templates, and related content (collectively, the “Products”) sold via noxenmart.com (the “Site”) and any related services we provide (together, the “Services”). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Noxen Mart (operating under trade name Noxen Mart). “You” and “your” mean the person or entity purchasing or using the Products or Services.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you further represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Products, Purchase & Delivery

Digital Delivery. All Products are digital downloads or online deliverables. After successful payment, you will receive access instructions or a download link via email. Delivery timing may vary by payment processor; if you do not receive access within 30 minutes, check spam/junk folders and contact support.

Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Paypal, Razorpay, Cashfree, Shopify Payments). We do not store full payment card details. By making a purchase you authorize the chosen payment processor to charge the provided payment method.

Pricing & Changes. Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We may run promotions and discounts at our discretion.

3. No Returns / No Refunds

All sales of digital Products are final. Except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement or as required by law, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital purchases once access or download has been delivered. For more details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Limited License

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the downloaded Product for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or make publicly available the Product (in whole or in part);
  • incorporate the Product into any product, service, membership site, or software offered to third parties;
  • remove or modify any proprietary notices, logos, or trademarks;
  • use the Product in any way that violates applicable law.

If you wish to use the Product beyond these permitted uses (for example, distributing to multiple employees, clients, or students), contact us for a commercial license or custom agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, templates, prompts, and code are owned or licensed by Noxen Mart and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, all rights are reserved.

6. AI Content & Disclaimers

Some Products contain AI-generated content, prompts, templates, or suggested answers. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require human review or editing to be fully accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for a specific role or jurisdiction. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended bias.
  • You are responsible for verifying and adapting AI-generated content before use in professional, legal, or sensitive contexts.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs.

The Job Survival System for International Students/ AI Interview-to-Offer Acceleration System is provided strictly as educational and self-study material. It is not professional, legal, HR, recruitment, or expert advice, and it does not constitute a guarantee of interview success, employment, selection, or job offers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Products are designed to support your learning, preparation, and practice only.
  • Your interview performance, outcomes, and results depend primarily on your own effort, practice, skills, experience, and eagerness to learn.
  • The Job Survival System for International Students/ AI Interview-to-Offer Acceleration System is a supportive resource, not a replacement for personal preparation, real-world experience, or professional coaching.
  • We do not represent or guarantee that use of the Products will result in clearing interviews, receiving offers, or achieving specific career outcomes.

By using the Products, you accept full responsibility for how you apply the material and acknowledge that success in interviews depends on multiple factors beyond the scope of the Products.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Products or Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
  • copy, extract, scrape, or otherwise reproduce Products for redistribution;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying structure of any digital format we provide;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on Products;
  • share your account access or credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Accounts & Security

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses due to stolen or compromised account credentials.

9. Support & Technical Issues

We provide support for delivery or technical access issues. To request help, email hello@noxenmart.com with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and, where appropriate, restore access or resend files.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email providers, hosting, analytics). Your use of such third-party services is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or interruptions.

11. Warranties & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Products will meet your expectations or that use of the Products will produce specific results (such as obtaining employment). You accept full responsibility for how you use the Products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Noxen Mart, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity) arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Products, or your use of them — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Products or Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noxen Mart and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
(a) your misuse of the Products;
(b) your breach of these Terms; or
(c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Products at any time for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including payment obligations or indemnity obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of India. Any claim or dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Noxen Mart regarding access to and use of the Site and Products.
