2. No Returns / No Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, templates, prompts, workbooks, and downloadable toolkits) are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital product or download link has been delivered, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.
3. Why?
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This policy helps us keep prices low and ensures access to high-quality, ready-to-use materials.
4. Delivery & Access
After successful payment you will receive an email with download instructions and/or access details. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us (details below).
5. Support & Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem (broken download link, corrupted file, or you cannot access the product), we will help resolve the issue. To request assistance, email us at hello@noxenmart.com with:
- Your order number / payment receipt
- The email address used to purchase
- A description of the problem and any screenshots or error messages
We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours and will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resend the download.
6. Exceptions & Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity. If a purchase is proven to be fraudulent, we will cancel the order and may refuse future purchases. Any chargebacks or payment disputes must be reported to us immediately at hello@noxenmart.com so we can investigate and assist.
7. Taxes & Fees
Any taxes, duties, or payment fees charged at checkout are non-refundable.
